Touchpoint Dashboard’s Column and Row Groups feature allows you to see more detailed information about your touchpoints and customer journey in a single map view.
It allows you to classify information in a hierarchical structure such as stages and sub-stages, giving you a deep and at-a-glance look at how your customers interact with your company.
For example, take a look at the image below.You’ll see the top column headers labeled “Understand” and “Correct”. Each of these is a high-level Group that contains multiple life cycle-stage columns.Move down another level, and you’ll see where the touchpoints fall within the groups and stages.
Add more rows and columns to your project by clicking the ‘+’ at the end of each column and row header.
Editing and Deleting Rows and Columns
Each new project map starts with the rows and columns already defined for you. You can change these by simply clicking on the row or the column that you want to change. A popup will appear to allow you to change the names of each row and column. We recommend that you put as much details as you can to accurately describe each of your row and columns. You can even add pictures to make your rows look more engaging.
You can also delete rows and columns from here.
Note: You cannot undo this so be careful when deleting information.
