The Validation feature of Touchpoint Dashboard allows you to understand your Journey Maps through the eyes of your customers. By using this feature, you can involve your customers in your Journey Maps by allowing your customers to give feedback directly to your touchpoints. In this section, you will learn how to use this feature. 

NOTE: The validation feature is available only to select plans. If you do not see the Validation feature, you will need to upgrade your plan. Please contact our accounts team for an upgrade.
